Ford
Parallels
Details
Parallels explores two weekends unfolding side by side—one behind the wheel of the all-electric Mach-E, the other in the Ford Lobo. The film is built as a diptych, allowing moments to echo across the frame: gestures, landscapes, and quiet observations that connect the two journeys.
Electric hush meets V8 thunder, but the intention remains the same. Through a restrained edit language and minimal sound design, the spot finds its rhythm in the similarities rather than the differences.
The Machine Shop worked closely with the creative team to shape the parallel edit language, maintaining the dual narrative structure while allowing the two worlds to breathe. Subtle seam treatments and restrained sound design reinforce the central idea: two ways of moving forward, meeting on the same road.
